Mathew John VAN EXAN is wanted for one count of flight from police, two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle, one count of failing to stop after an accident, one count of willful resisting-obstructing a police officer and one count possession of stolen property over $5000. VAN EXAN is described as a 41-year-old Caucasian male, 5’ 8” tall and 155 lbs. He has black/brown hair and green eyes.
